Here’s where you come in:
As a Center Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing general support to the capacity building center in monitoring and tracking the center beneficiaries and needs.
Your role:
In addition to what has been mentioned previously, you are also responsible for:
1- Monitor the implementation of the activities in the center and ensure that all activities are on track.
2- Assist in helping trainers in facilitating activities and link between trainers and program coordinators
3- Assist in the training center weekly reports and follow up/track beneficiaries’ figures with the coordinator.
4- Report daily on important issues that require training coordinator feedback and decision making and report on daily activities
5- Raising needed PRs for the capacity building center on regular basis
6- General support to the center team (administrative, programming, documentation & translation).
7- Focal point on logistical needs of the center and monitor progress on procurements
8- Any other tasks or duties as assigned by the training coordinator.
Your qualifications:
1- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
2-Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
3-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
4- Ability to keep files in order and other administrative documents.
5- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
6-Good communication skills.
7-Ability to work under pressure.
